We are looking for Sourcing Specialist to start ASAP. WORK FROM HOME arrangement available.

Job Description

1. Sourcing/Lead Generation of applicants for the company;
2. Initial screening; from paper screening to phone/web interview
3. Endorsing of screened applicants to the company
4. Monitoring the hiring progress of his/her applicants

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the related field
• Good  verbal and written English language communications skills
• Strategic and can deliver QUOTA
• Amenable to work M-F (11AM-8PM/ 10AM-7PM)
• Has a STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION at home (No broadband stick/Mobile connection)
• Computer savvy
• Can start ASAP
