Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in college (2nd year college level) w/ minimum of 6 months customer service work experience
- Nursing graduates (who are not RNs) should have at least 1 year accumulated call center experience
- Registered Nurses allowed with 1 year BPO experience
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
