Job: Chief Operating Officer (BPO)

This role will  ensure smooth functioning of the processes and compliance to procedures and policy guidelines; Leads the organization into operational growth and maximization of revenue ; Manage the processes as per client requirements and ascertain timely delivery of SLAs; Support future clients/ new processes. Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer.
